My name is Hannah Lichwalla, and I am a designer from Detroit, Michigan now residing in Chicago. My design journey started in a career in floral design, and I absolutely fell in love with the medium of flowers. Starting in floral design helped me to understand design principles at a fundamental level, as I learned the importance of form, balance, color theory, hierarchy, movement, and unity through designing via flowers. With floral design being so literal, I was able to acquire a strong foundation of artistic principles and conventions.

In previous graphic design roles, I directed successful social media campaigns, designed compelling visual content, created brand identities, and developed materials that drove customer engagement and brand awareness. My ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking ensures my work aligns with both company goals and audience expectations.

My experiences taught me how to adapt these tools to varying client needs, work efficiently within deadlines, and maintain brand consistency across diverse formats. My technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, combined with a solid foundation in design theory and practical experience enable me to execute high-quality work for marketing, branding, and other creative projects; I bring fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and a passion for creating visually compelling designs.
