Olive’s Bloombox is a floral studio based in Detroit. The complete employee handbook was conceptualized and designed from the ground up, transforming internal documentation into a cohesive and visually engaging brand touchpoint.
The objective was to create a handbook that felt bright, approachable, and energetic while remaining aligned with the studio’s established brand identity. Through thoughtful layout design, strategic use of color, and consistent typography, the final piece balanced clarity and functionality with a playful, on-brand aesthetic.
